Back to Work

Posted on February 19, 2012 with 0 comments
I've been doing some schooling this winter which has been taking up quite a bit of time, but that has lightened up this week. I plan to get back to work on recording a new ep that was started this year. I'm excited about these new tunes.

Happy Season of...

Whatever you wish to celebrate, or not celebrate, I hope your holidays are special this year. For me it's about being with my family and loved ones. This is finite. I'm just trying to appreciate it while it lasts.
Merry Christmas and Happy New year. I will see you soon.

Barriers of Distance

Some of you might know I have a love for all things Shoegaze/Space-Rock, etc. as my playing guitar in Secret Alphabet might have tipped you off. But I have also been working on another side project with my friend Clif Clehouse, the amazing drummer from Helen Stellar. Clif and I have been jamming off and on for several years, and we have finally added a bassist, Jason Damiano. We are very excited about some new tunes we are writing and hoping to play live shows in the months to come. Please check us out if you have a moment and let me know what you think. Take care, and happy holidays.

Recording Plans

Posted on October 10, 2011 with 0 comments
Things should settle down at the end of this year, so the plan is to start recording in December. I have some ideas. Visions of strings are dancing in my head. There may even be a couple instrumentals on this album/ep, or whatever it turns out to be.
More to come soon. Thanks. D.C.

New Music?

Posted on August 16, 2011 with 0 comments
Writing material for a new album has gone much slower than I had planned. Work, school, and two other bands seem to take up a lot of time. I've got about six tunes I'm happy with, but the styles may not all fit together. I'm thinking about a couple of EP's instead. Maybe a mellow one, followed by a rocker. Nobody buys this shit anyway. Thoughts, anyone? Anyone?
